Shipping Policy

Free UK delivery on every order. No minimum spend, no surprises at checkout.

Where we ship
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch
Order before 3pm (UK time) on a working day and we dispatch your order the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times
Delivery typically takes 2 working days from dispatch. Each product page shows the earliest date your order can arrive if you order now. We'll email you a confirmation when your order ships, with tracking where available.

Delays
Occasionally carriers run late, especially around Christmas and other peak periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days, contact us and we'll put it right.

Damaged or missing items
If anything arrives damaged or is missing, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
