Returns and refunds

Try it for 30 days. If it is not right for your family, for any reason, send it back within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the full price of the item, including the original standard delivery charge.

How to return

1. Email md@imti.dev with your order number and we will send you a prepaid UK returns label within one working day.
2. Put the set back in its box and attach the label.
3. Post it from any Royal Mail branch or drop-off point. Keep the proof of posting.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the set arriving back with us, and usually sooner.

Gift sets can be returned by the recipient as well as the buyer. The refund goes to the original payment method.

Damaged or faulty

If a set arrives damaged, or a fault appears, email us with a photo and we will replace it or refund it at your choice. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Cancelling before dispatch

Email us and we will cancel and refund in full.
